3. Digital Products
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, online courses, digital guides, etc.), all sales are generally final once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed. However, we offer a limited refund policy under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using the digital product, and our team cannot resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Significant Content Discrepancy: If the content of the digital product differs substantially from what was advertised or described at the time of purchase, you may request a refund.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
3.2 Satisfaction Guarantee
For selected online courses, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
3.3 Refund Request Process for Digital Products
To request a refund for a digital product, please:

- Provide evidence of the issue, if applicable (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
4. Physical Products
4.1 Return Eligibility
Physical products (books, workbooks, physical learning materials, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging
- All components, accessories, and free items that came with the product are included
- The product has not been used or damaged
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging, unless defective
- Products that have been personalized or customized for you
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
4.3 Return Process for Physical Products
To return a physical product:
- Contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Include your order number and the reason for the return
- Once approved, package the product securely with all original components
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
4.4 Refunds for Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund according to the following guidelines:
- If the product is in its original condition, we will refund the full purchase price
- If the product shows signs of use or damage, we may offer a partial refund
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or we made an error
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection
5. Workshops and Events
5.1 Cancellation Policy
For workshops, seminars, and other in-person or live online events:
- More than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person or a future event (subject to availability)
5.2 Event Cancellation by Orcabriere
If we cancel an event, we will offer you the choice of:
- A full refund
- Credit toward a future event
- An alternative event date, if available
6. Subscriptions and Memberships
6.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription or membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period
- You will not be charged for future billing periods
6.2 Prorated Refunds
For annual subscriptions only, we may offer prorated refunds if you cancel within the first 30 days of the subscription period. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription, minus a 15% administrative fee.
7. Payment Processing Time
After we approve your refund:
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process
- Mobile money refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
