Orcabriere was founded in 2015 with a simple but powerful mission: to bridge the gap between earning and growing wealth through accessible, practical financial education. We recognized that while many Ghanaians were receiving quality education in various professional fields, there was a critical gap in financial literacy that prevented them from building wealth and achieving financial freedom.
Our name "Orcabriere" combines strength and wisdom. Just as the orca is a symbol of community and intelligence, we aim to build a community of financially empowered individuals. The "briere" element represents breaking through barriers - in this case, the barriers to financial understanding and wealth creation.
Today, we serve students and families throughout Ghana and beyond with our comprehensive financial education programs. Our specialized curriculum teaches budgeting, digital finance tools, and practical ways to grow personal wealth through savings and investments, all tailored to the unique economic environment of Ghana and similar developing economies.

With over 15 years in financial education, Abena founded Orcabriere after witnessing how lack of financial literacy affected her university students. She holds an MBA in Finance and is passionate about empowering young Ghanaians.
